As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant specializing in B2C, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and elevate brand awareness. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and your understanding of the B2C landscape, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful customer journeys.
Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand business objectives and B2C customer segments, translating them into effective marketing automation strategies.
- Design, configure, and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other relevant systems.
- Develop and execute personalized customer journeys, including email campaigns, SMS outreach, social media targeting, and more, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to tailor messaging and content to different B2C customer segments, optimizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve strategies for maximum impact.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the team on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the realm of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2C marketing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer data.
- Coordinate with IT teams on Security policies, IP warming/whitelisting, Spam regulations etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing capabilities.
- Train and mentor fellow & junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's or master-s in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Qualification: MBA Marketing
Experience Details
Essential Experience: -4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically in designing and executing marketing campaigns for B2C customers. Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio.- Ability to quickly understand and grasp the existing data models in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP, eCommerce, other satellite systems to align & design the Marketing campaigns, segments accordingly.- In-depth understanding of the B2C industry, including market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.- Proficiency in creating customer journeys, segmentation, automation, and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
