Quarter, Year as per targets given for geo and solution territory , DSO and CS control
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be proficient as a hunter & account manager in acquiring new business in the area of Infor LN and having exposure to Digital solutions like CRM, Analytics, RPA will be preferred.
Region will be for USA


•Develop and implement sales strategies

•Responsible for acquisition of net new accounts

•Responsible for successfully driving large pursuits (> $2 Mn in Size) that will result in multi-year annuity business

•Lead campaign execution to create net new leads/ opportunities

•Support Event participation along with Principals to generate net new demand and Market positioning. Work closely with Marketing team in this initiative

•Working with Business and Delivery teams to come up with innovative/new service offerings, service delivery models for addressing new markets

•Help in creation of new sales collaterals for the business unit e.g. whitepapers, brochures, sales playbooks, presentations etc.

•Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.

Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably masters qualification in Management
Preferred Qualification: Engineering/Technology or CS Degree with MBA
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 10+ years Software Services selling experience, with at least 5 yearERP / Application AMS, Rollout, Consulting services experience in and based out of North America in manufacturing / Distribution/ Retail mid to large size customers
Preferred Experience: Experience in Selling Infor LN/ Salesforce/ Oracle Apps AMSServices to US/Canada clients in Mfg/Retail segment with Annual Quota $3-5 Mn or more
